Henfield Leisure Centre offers a quiet, spacious gym, fitted with high quality equipment, to suit all ages.

We have a team of friendly, personal trainers who are here to help you achieve your goals and targets. Our fitness instructors can show you around the gym and make sure you're comfortable using all the equipment safely and efficiently. Our instructors can write you a personal plan, to help you achieve your intended goals.

We do ask all members to kindly wipe down the equipment before and after use and to ensure that their shoes are clean. Our staff clean throughout the day to ensure the gym is clean and tidy at all times, and we have windows and doors open for ventilation.
