Changes to the class booking and cancellation policy
Booking a class can be done on the Fitsense app for members, or booked over the phone or at reception for non-members.
Non-members need to pay at time of booking. This payment is non-refundable but can be transferred to another day.
When cancelling a class, members and non-members need to give 4 hours notice prior to the class start time.
If this notice time has expired, the member will be charged a £5 fine and will not be able to book another class until this fine is paid. Non-members will lose their class payment.
All members and non-members must always book classes.
If a member or non-member does not book a class but turns up, they run the risk of the class being full, or, not being held due to low attendance.
Our aim is to make sure that all members and visitors can fairly book on to a class. We appreciate your attention to our booking and cancellation policy.
