I am a sound therapist specialising in a variety of techniques and instruments. My practice incorporates the soothing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, shamanic drum and more. Each of these instruments contributes to a unique soundscape that envelops you in therapeutic sound vibrations.
Through my sessions, I aim to create a deeply immersive experience that not only helps to reduce stress but also induces restful sleep and enhances overall well-being. The sound vibrations penetrate the body, encouraging a state of profound relaxation and facilitating the release of tension and negative energy.
What to Bring
Your personal comfort will positively influence your experience. Please take full responsibility for your own comfort and bring the supports you need. This may include warm socks, cosy clothing that allows you to sit and lie down with ease, blankets, pillows, an eye mask, a bolster and a mat.
Not suitable for people with epilepsy, a history of seizures, pregnancy (first trimester) and those with metal implants like pacemakers.
