1. To receive and approve the Report and Accounts of Henfield Leisure Centre for the 12 months to 31st March 2024.

2. Chairperson’s Report.

3a. To receive the resignation of the Trustees of Henfield Leisure Centre and to accept nominations for new Trustees and those existing Trustees who are prepared to stand until the next annual General Meeting.

3b. To vote upon such nominations and expressions of willingness to stand to form a Management Committee to run the affairs of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Henfield Leisure Centre) until the next annual General Meeting.
